There is no recipe for this one! We are constantly being asked which of our charcoal burns the longest, so we decided to answer the question once and for all. We used our 2 most similar sized bags, the Black Bag of Premium Charcoal and the Eucalyptus Bag. They each have very similar sized chunks so we were able to give as accurate of a comparison as possible. Have you ever wondered which would last longer?

I love the eucalyptus charcoal. It’s a steady, high temp charcoal. One of my favorites.
Your charcoal types seem to have switched sides from when you started, to when you did your summation. Seeing as how they burn about the same, it doesn’t make much difference but there is still that continuity error….
I have been wanting to try Fogo for awhile. I noticed while watching the video that the black bag charcoal was noted to be on the left but at 2 hours in he said that it was on the right. Does the eucalyptus charcoal have a different smell or flavor on the foods cooking?
hey why don’t you mention the quebracho charcoal you sell? best bang for buck. great for hot and fast or low and slow….
