Fogo Charcoal Lights Up The Sunshine Ace Hardware Eggfest

When it comes to grilling extravaganzas, few events rival the excitement and culinary prowess showcased at the Sunshine Ace Hardware Eggfest in Bonita Springs, Florida. At the heart of the festivities were whole Demkota Ranch Beef Ribeye roasts, expertly smoked, cut into succulent steaks, and caveman-seared to perfection. CptnRon302, renowned for his culinary prowess and passion for grilling, took center stage, demonstrating his expertise with the Big Green Egg. Throughout the day, he wowed the crowd with a live cooking demo,  a masterclass on crafting crispy wings that left everyone craving more.

But what truly set CptnRon302's demo apart was his reveal of the secret recipe for the ultimate buffalo wing sauce. With a perfect balance of heat and tang, this sauce elevated the humble wing to gourmet status, earning nods of approval and requests for seconds from all who sampled it.

As the afternoon wore on,  the Fogo Charcoal booth remained a hub of activity. Eggheads swapped tips and tricks, bonded over their shared love of everything Big Green Egg, and reveled in the camaraderie that comes with a passion for outdoor cooking.  One highlight for the crowd was the surprise guest appearance by none other than The Pearly Girl herself, Ms. Tina Cannon.  For those who are not aware, Tina is a world-renowned BBQ Champion, winner of the Netflix BBQ Showdown show on season one and 3^rd place finisher on Bobby Flay’s team on The recent Food Network show, BBQ  Brawl.  The best part is that she is a wonderful person who we are proud to associate with.  You can find Tina on all social media at @TinaCannonCooks.  Give her a follow and drop her a note, she loves the BBQ community!
