Chop meat for stew, cut bones for stock, even use the back of the blade to tenderize meat. This sturdy kitchen tool is full-tang and made of tough, durable DIN1.4116 German steel that is a full 4 millimeters thick. It has a comfortable, riveted POM handle for a secure grip.
