Love this charcoal for my kamado

This is my favorite lump charcoal ever, the eucalyptus specialty just burns and tastes different. Add the FOGO fire staters and you’ve got an awesome combo for a great bbq experience. Highly recommend

Rubbed right

Yep, this rub is dark and the steaks looked heavily charred when I pulled them off the BGE. Everyone was complaining….until that first bite! Awesome flavor! Juicy perfect mid-rare! And a crust…YUM! This rub rubbed everyone right!
