Chimichurri in 3 easy steps
- Put 1 part Chimichurri Mix to 1 part Vinegar in a bowl.
- Mix and rest for 2 minutes.
- Add 2 parts oil.
2.5oz bottle yields approximately 1 1/4 cups of chimichurri
Ingredients: Parsley, garlic, crushed pepper, oregano, and other spices. Low Sodium.

Used the stuff per instructions....but added a bit more olive oil (for a texture we like). Very good.
