Fogo’s “TheRub”

I had the chance to use the Fogo Rub on a prime cut porterhouse steak using my Weber bbq last week. I put the rub on generously the night before and placed the steak in the fridge overnight. The result was really fantastic, the rub enhanced the wonderful bbq flavors. I’ll definitely be using that rub again in the future, maybe a chicken is next.

Nothing out there like it

This rub is super unique, but also incredibly versatile. I use this on all different types of meats and even Mac N Cheese. Had to stock up on it this time becaue I ran out so fast with my first container.

Purchased the Fogo rub for my first Big Green Egg cook. I broke-in my Egg just as Captain Ron advised, and the result? Suculent, tender bites of a smoked chuck roast. I loved the meal SO MUCH that I made it again the following day. Although this time, I cut the meat into cubes, sauced em up in a foil pan, and dropped them back on the Egg to make Poor Man's Burnt Ends; my new favorite snack!!
