Sprinkle on salads or blend with oil and vinegar for a flavorful dressing. Add to olive oil for dipping bread.  Mix with, cream cheese or sour cream and enjoy with your favorite chips or crackers. Different — in a good way!

We just tried Tina Cannon’s European Blend for the first time on pellet grilled baked chicken. It is very different from the usual “salt forward” rubs we have been using — refreshingly so. It’s not a seasoning we’ll use every cook from now on, but certainly one we’ll add to our rotation! Looking forward to trying it on different things. The bottle label suggestion of mixing it with olive oil for a dip comes to mind!

Tina Cannon's great on chicken and pork

The seasoning adds a great flavor to chicken and pork. We recently had pork chops. Did not season them before freezing. Covered them with Tina's Blend about 40 minutes before cooking. What a great flavor. I plan to use the seasoning next time I cook a spatchcock Chicken. I know it will be great.
