Mother’s Day is coming up on Sunday, and although we are sure you have a gift all nicely wrapped and ready to go, we’d figured we would share with you some inspiration on what recipes you can grill up to celebrate on a high note.

We all know we spoil our moms in different ways, so we have come up with a list that hopefully will tend to all different tastes and, honestly, the good thing about all these recipes is that you can substitute any of the ingredients to truly make it your own.

In this instance, we made ours with either bacon or smoked salmon and peppers, but the topping possibilities are endless. The duck breast is grilled perfectly in a way that the outside is crispy and the inside is juicy and tender. And to top it all off, we decided to put the green beans under the duck breasts to catch all that flavorful fat, and fried them. Oh man! We can’t tell you how good this is.
