WEDNESDAY 07.03.2019

The 4th of July is just around the corner! This is an awesome holiday in which we celebrate our country’s independence surrounded with friends and family, which is why we are sharing with you the ultimate crowd pleaser recipes. These recipes are delicious and simple to make, and we know it will keep everybody coming back for seconds. So light up that grill, relax and enjoy the fireworks show, we’ve got you covered!

Pulled Wild Boar Sliders

Wild Boar

These sliders are perfect if you want to bring out more flavor out of your traditional pulled pork sandwich. The taste of wild boar is sharper than regular pork, therefore it does not require to use as much BBQ sauce to bring flavor to the slider. Make sure to top off your sliders with your favorite pickles and cabbage for that amazing crunchiness.

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are a must for gatherings, everybody loves them! The thing with wings is that in order to make them crispy, they have to be fried and sometimes it's just not the healthiest option. So we took it upon ourselves to find a way to make them crispy on the grill, and it was quite a success!

The Best Beer Brats

Beer Brats

The beer, seasoning and onions add to the flavor of these bratwurst sausages and make a recipe of perfection. These are easy to do and can be served with different toppings to appeal to all of the different tastes. Our favorite toppings are sauerkraut and whole grain mustard - it gives it a nice kick!

Beef Sliders

Beef Sliders

Is it really a 4th of July celebration without burgers or sliders? Give these Harissa Beef Sliders a try! For those of you who are not familiar with Harissa, it’s a spicy paste from North Africa and it promises to bring good heat to your sliders. Again with these sliders, you can opt out on the sauce if you’re serving kids or people who don’t like spicy and add their favorite condiments instead.

Garlic Shrimp

Garlic Shrimp

Shrimps are always great with crowds, they are fairly easy to cook and do not require many ingredients to make them taste amazing, in this case we use some spices and garlic. There is no better combination than shrimps done on a charcoal grill, it creates that smoky flavor and just the perfect amount of char. These could be served with any type of sides, we like to pair them with grilled summer veggies.

Outstanding product. In the past I would use 2 fire starters to get the fire going good. However, with the Blazaball I only use 1 fire starter and the fire is ready in no time. So I’m saving money on fire starters. Simply a brilliant product idea. I have two Eggs (small and large) so I had to order a second Blazaball. Why share? 😬

The right smoke

Ax Breaker - in case you’re curious Quebracho translates to Ax Breaker. I’m glad someone broke a few axes on these trees - the charcoal is by far the best I’ve ever used.
You know that acrid smoke that you get from a lot of charcoals? The white smoke that, until you get the temp just right, won’t go away. And if you put the meat on, turn your back for two seconds and then look back - it’s all white again because the temp got too high too fast… This charcoal holds temps really well, so I’ve avoided that acrid smoke on every cook.
5 stars - would buy again. Worth the price.

Love it!

I used to use a propane torch for silver soldering. It was a touch hotter, but requires me to hold the torch close to the flame upside down. I like the handle and holding this torch upright. I’ve used proper torch, BGE lifter blocks, and electric heaters. This torch is the fastest way to light my fire.

This is the BEST charcoal I have used. It lights super quick burns super clean and burns super Long. It burns very hot too. Thank you fogo

This charcoal is hands down the best, it has lasted me months and has great taste and burns hot!
